"Decent experience, still on the fence"
I’ve heard good things about Fix It Sticks, so I felt comfortable ordering from them. The site seemed safe, checkout was easy enough, and my order went through without any drama. I did reach out with a quick question and support was basically like, “Yep, that’s normal and you’re good to go,” which was reassuring. That said, the prices still feel a little steep to me, and I’m not totally convinced yet. Nothing bad happened at all, I just wasn’t blown away. I’d probably buy again if there was something specific I really needed.

I picked this up from fixitsticks.com after comparing a few options, the price seemed reasonable for what comes in the kit.
My biggest concern was that it might feel cheap, but it actually feels solid in hand. I’ve used it a handful of times now and it’s handled the jobs just fine without any issues.
Shipping was standard, not super fast but nothing to complain about. If you’re on the fence and just want a reliable set without overspending, I’d say this is a good buy.

"Good concept, but the finish could be better"
The tools do work, so no major complaints there. It’s kind of hard to describe, but one of the bits just felt a little off in terms of machining. The fit is still usable, just not quite as clean or tight as I was expecting for the price

I’ve been using these tools quite a bit, and so far they’ve held up really well. They feel solid in the hand and I haven’t run into any issues yet. Based on my set, I’d say they’re built to last.

I got this for my brother and he actually really liked it, so it worked out well. But am I the only one who feels like this is the kind of gift you’d only get for someone you know would be into it? Definitely decent, just not something I’d pick for just anyone.

I returned something from Fix It Sticks and overall it went okay. The return directions were easy to follow, but I did end up emailing them once because I wasn’t really sure where things stood.
The refund did come through eventually, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just expected it to move a little faster, and there weren’t many updates unless I asked, so that part was weird. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average

I just opened this up recently and the case itself is actually really nice, but mine didn’t come with all the bits shown in the listing. Frustrating since that’s the first thing I noticed when I went to use it.

My kit showed up with one small bit missing, which was a little annoying at first, but I emailed them and they sorted it out really quickly. They sent the missing part without making it complicated or asking a bunch of questions. To me, that says a lot about the service, mistakes can happen, but they handled it the right way. Checkout was super easy and didn’t give me any trouble. I found what I needed, the cart updated like it should, and the payment went through without any random errors popping up. The tools themselves seem good from what I remember, and once I got going it wasn’t too bad. The part that stuck with me, though, was the instructions being a bit unclear in spots. A few steps felt like they jumped over the little details, so I ended up poking around and figuring things out on my own. Maybe I’m forgetting a couple of the smoother parts, but as someone newer to this, I definitely would’ve appreciated simpler examples or a few pictures

The prices seemed fair to me. It’s not the cheapest place out there, but the quality makes it feel worth it, unlike some places that seem to charge more just because they can. Shipping was normal too, so I really don’t have anything to complain about.
